When it comes to picking the best clinic - there is one thing to keep in mind before you even start. There is no one BEST clinic. You want to pick a clinic that feels like it fits YOUR family's needs and desires. And your priorities may be very different than someone else choosing to have similar treatments. Some countries and clinics are better for IVF, or in vitro fertilization, with your own eggs, others specialize in donor egg IVF treatments, frozen donor eggs, or embryo donation (donor embryos sometimes referred to as embryo adoption). Some countries will allow clinics to treat singles and non-traditional couples (LGBT), and some offer surrogacy services or allow you to bring your own surrogate for treatment.
Some clinics offer unique technologies such as Embryoscope Embryo Monitoring, or PICSI, or IMSI, PGS (preimplantation genetic screening) or PGD (preimplantation genetic diagnosis, and some now offer full chromosome genetic testing (array CGH testing). Your personal infertility diagnosis or history will likely determine if any of these technologies may be important for your treatment.
