FEES FOR IVF TRAVELER SERVICES

We currently offer three individual services, and charge a flat fee for each service separately.   Prices are solely for our services and do not include any clinic or treatment costs.  

IVF Concierge Service: Includes initial phone consultation, assistance with clinic/agency communications and paperwork (upon request), pre-treatment diagnostic testing planning/timing, medication assistance (price comparisons & exploring applicable discount programs), travel/vacation planning and sightseeing suggestions/resources (travel tips for flights, hotel discounts, arranging trains and ground transportation assistance, currency), protocol review with reminders for key medication dates and adjusting medications for time zone changes, and general phone/email support through treatment and week 12 of pregnancy.

First Time Client Fee: $495 / 410€ 

Existing Client Fee: $425 / 350€ (for clients who have utilized the Clinic Selection service or are returning clients)

Clinic Selection Assistance: Includes up to one hour phone consultation and follow up written report listing 3 - 4 best clinic matches for your criteria & budget with notes and considerations for each option. 

Consult Fee: $295 / 245€

Donor Embryo Matching Service: Includes a one hour phone consultation then locating possible donor embryos within the desired criteria & budget with notes and providing clinic and donor embryo details. Service fee is fully refundable for donor embryos abroad if suitable embryos matching the desired criteria are not found to be available. 

Donor Embryo Matching Service Fee: $395 / 325€
